Studio Audience needs to arrive by 9:45 a.m.
We begin taping at 10:15 a.m. Please arrive by 9:45 a.m. This is
a half-hour show, but taping may run over a bit. Plan to be in the studio from
10:00 a.m. - 12:00. Free refreshments will be available. Thank you.

TALENT RELEASE FORM
When you arrive at the studio, you will need to sign a
"Talent Release Form"
from CMNTV and from Creative Books and Music, L.L.C., to be in the studio
audience, even if you do not appear on the videotaped program.
You may just be an audience member and not appear on the videotaped
program, or you may choose to be part of the "Question/Answer" segment
and your image and/or voice might appear on the videotaped program.
All studio audience members and guests need to sign the
"Talent Release Form"
to participate in the videotaping of the show because these programs are then
aired publicly.
You may also send an E-mail to:

studio audience member. Or, you may contact Creative Books and Music, L.L.C., at
