Be a TEAM TEACHER!
You could be a
"TEAM TEACHER"
in the
"PARTNERS PROGRAM" by completing the
Creative Books and Music, L.L.C.,
"Teacher's Development Program."
The
"Teacher's Development Program" is
designed to prepare you to lead an at-home program based on the concepts and
principles in the book, The Real Me:
Awakening Your True Self.
These at-home programs are known as:
"The Real Me Partners Program."
Currently, the "Teacher's Development
Program" is personally taught by Sandra
Agazzi Chimenti, M.Ed., author of The Real Me: Awakening Your True Self.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
This is a
12-week program
that would meet once a week for 2 hours.
(Days and times vary. Register early and indicate your preferred days and
times.)
Students will also need to attend 4 additional presentations (2 hours
each) offered by Sandra Agazzi
Chimenti, M.Ed., as part of the
program requirements.
(These additional classes have
separate fees -- usually $20 - $25 each -- that are not included in the program
tuition cost.)
CERTIFIED TEAM TEACHER BENEFITS and REQUIREMENTS:
After completing the
"Teacher's Development Program,"
you will be a "CERTIFIED TEAM TEACHER"
of Creative Books and Music, L.L.C.
You will be allowed to offer
"The Real Me Partners Program"
to others based on the concepts and principles in
the book, The Real Me: Awakening Your
True Self.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE:
You will need to maintain a Membership Fee of $100.00 a year to continue
using "The Real Me Partners
Program" and its copyrighted material
developed by Sandra Agazzi
Chimenti, M.Ed. and Creative Books and Music, L.L.C.
YOUR CLASS PROGRAM:
You may offer this program with or without a fee to your own students. To
continue being a "TEAM TEACHER,"
you would need to submit a sheet with
students' names, contact information, and feedback on the class to Creative
Books and Music, L.L.C., for our records.
For fee-based programs, you would need to submit 25% of the amount
charged to each student in the class to Creative Books and Music, L.L.C.
(Class fees charged must follow the "TEAM
TEACHER Program" guidelines for what is considered a "fair class fee amount" --
usually no more than $20 - $25 per 2 hour class per person, unless other
arrangements are made.)
CERTIFIED TEAM TEACHER REQUIREMENTS:
You will need to meet and maintain certain qualifications to continue
using "The Real Me Partners
Program" and materials copyrighted
by Sandra Agazzi Chimenti, M.Ed. and Creative Books and Music, L.L.C. These
details will be shared when you register for the
"Teacher's Development Program."
CURRENT TUITION FEE: $1,200.00
This fee includes the 12-week program that meets one time a week for
two hours. (It does not include the additional 4 class presentations by
Sandra A. Chimenti that have a separate fee of usually $20 - $25 per class
presentation.)
POLICY INFORMATION:
You will be contacted when a class has been formed. No money is required
until a class has been formed and you are contacted from the information you
provide below.
A non-refundable registration fee of $100.00 that is applied to the total
tuition is due one (1) week prior to the first class date to secure your space
in class.
Full Tuition Payment is due two (2) days prior to the first class
meeting. Payment via personal check, money order, or credit card is accepted.
Attendance is granted upon clearance of payment.
Contact Creative Books and Music, L.L.C., for monthly payment plans and
tuition discounts for those who qualify based on annual income statements.
No late registrations accepted. You must be committed to the 12-week program.
Make-up classes will be handled on an individual basis based on extenuating
circumstances per the instructor's discretion.

knows your character such as a friend or past employer with their contact
information. We are looking for people to share their talents in teaching
information to help people.
6) Please send your updated
resume as an attached
E-mail file or via mail.
7) Please indicate your preferred days and times
for a class.
8) A photocopy of your Driver's License or current photo of yourself or other form of identification.
Please note: All requests to be a
"Team Teacher" will be considered. A request does NOT
guarantee that you will be a "Team Teacher." Many factors are considered and
"Team Teachers" are selected based on the decision of Creative Books and Music,
